Hotel Breakfast timings are between 9:00AM-9:30AM - You need to check with the hotel for specific timings for the duration of your stay as they are variable depending upon the guests requirements.

Saturdays and Sundays usually 9:00-10:00AM, and if we're quiet on the Sunday, as long as you have settled up you can keep your keys all day, ask us.

As stated we can vary breakfast timings if notified in advance.

All of our food is freshly prepared, using Traditional Local Farm Meats (Nigel's sausages) & Vegetables (PK Veg).  We endeavour to source all of our food from only the finest local suppliers who share our passion for quality.

Home made bacon and pork liver Pate with a hint of fresh apple, mushroom and Muscat Liqueur drizzled with raspberry and Muscat liqueur coulis, side salad and toast
Garlic Mushrooms served with a choice of mayonnaise, garlic or blue cheese dip


Main Courses

Trio of Cumbrian Sausages, on a bed of mustard and black pepper mash with a rich red wine and onion gravy
A choice of Tikka Masala, Korma or Jalfrezi curry served with seasoned Tilda Basmati rice and naan bread
Gammon steak topped with an egg, home made fries, mushrooms, peas, grilled tomatoes and beer battered onion rings
Tender chunks of steak in a rich ale gravy, topped with puff pastry served with home made chips and onion rings
Rainbow Trout on a timbale of Arabic rice and fresh vegetables of the day
Chicken breast stuffed with garlic, lemon, parsley, cheese and coated in golden breadcrumbs
Mushroom Stroganoff served with sweet fragranced rice
