Since the introduction of the no-smoking
ban, there has been a definite decline in the use of the hotel
bar. In order for Rhona and I to utilise our time better (we are
busy every day upgrading the standard of the hotel), we have
revised the opening times of the hotel bar. We reserve the
right to extend the opening hours before and/or after the
specified times, however we will never close the bar earlier
that the specified time unless agreed with the guests in advance
(maybe there's only a couple of people in the hotel and they are
out at a show till late so there's chance for Rhona and I to go
out for a meal!!!!)

The
warm friendly atmosphere is evident from all of these rooms
which provide you with the ideal place to relax after your day
in Blackpool. In addition, we have a wonderful
collection of furniture, paintings and artifacts from the Middle
East and South East Asia from our extensive travels and working
abroad for you to enjoy.
There is a wide selection of bottled and canned beers, wines, spirits, and soft
drinks, Draft beer during bank holidays, Christmas and New Year. Wines are
available at £2.50 for a 250ml glass and just £6.95 for a
bottle. During early season, March through June, we serve bar meals from

for menu. During November, after illuminations we can
serve anything to suit your requirements. During certain
times of the year we have romantic breaks and serve five course
candle-lit dinners in our restaurant.
You can also order take-aways in the hotel bar from a selection of Chinese
and Indian restaurants, Pizza houses etc. to eat in the bar
and snug. We will supply plates, napkins and knives
and forks free of charge. We serve
desserts
all year round.
(Please note - inference to take-aways should not be
assumptive to catering for stag and hen parties (Merely because
we're knackered and don't want to be cooking late!!!!). Same sex
parties of more than two people are not allowed in the hotel,
not for discriminative reasons but purely to maintain a happy
equilibrium for families and couples.) Again, another
reminder, walk-in bookings are not allowed.
There is ample un-restricted public car parking around the hotel.
