Set in the quieter North Shore location just minutes from the sea front

"The New Guilderoy Hotel" Blackpool North Shore, we no longer do the early meal option but in the busy times we do bar meals with a good choice of starters and main courses.  If you chat to the owners, Rhona and Simon, upon check-in or during other meal times, they can tailor the specials to suit your needs.  You can even notify them of your likes and dislikes when you book.  They will do their utmost for you.

Candle-lit dinners are done in quiet times and have to be pre-booked in advance.

Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice.

Soup for two. Crab and sweet corn soup with prawn crackers.

Melon. Slices of melon served with a slice of ham and raspberry coulis.

Main Courses
Tender chunks of roast beef. Tender chunks of roast beef cooked in a rich ale gravy and served with mashed potato and mushy peas.

Steak ‘n‘ ale pie. Tender chunks of roast beef cooked in a rich ale gravy and served with home made chips, puff pastry topping, home made onion rings and peas.

Trio of Cumbrian Sausages. On a bed of mustard and black pepper mash served with a rich red wine gravy (approx. 1/3 bottle wine reduced!!!).

Juicy Gammon Steak. From the local butcher, served with grilled tomato, mushrooms, home made beer batter onion rings, garden peas and home made chips. Topped with a fried egg. Not for the faint hearted, at least 16oz and fresh from the local butcher!!. No need for starters or desserts.

Chicken Curry. A choice of Tikka Masala, Jalfrezi, and Korma served with seasoned Basmati rice and naan bread.

Served 6:00PM until 8:00PM at certain times of the year only.  Please note Fridays are busy with people checking in during these times, so bear with us.  We can advise you of local places to eat if you want to dine in relaxing surroundings or you can order take-aways to eat in the bar or snug, we have a selection of menus available.  Desserts are available all year round.
