John of Mind Games has negotiated an excellent rate for chess players.  Just £22 per person per night for an en-suite room based upon two people sharing including fabulous buffet and freshly cooked full English breakfast.  Dining room, lounge, snug and bar.  TV/DVD/Freeview in all rooms.  This rate is based upon a minimum two night stay at our Blackpool Hotel.

33rd Blackpool Chess Conference

The Blackpool Chess Conference has moved to Blackpool Football Club, Seasiders Way, Blackpool, FY1 6JJ (Telephone 01253 685021). Next year's event will take place over the weekend of 13-15th March 2009. Full details can be found here.

We will be using this superb conference centre for the first time next year, ideally located with easy access from the motorway and public transport, with ample parking.

We will be using the Sponsors Lounge, Directors Box and Boardroom for play with several other rooms in the building as well as a separate bar area and refreshments will be available inside the area.
